The hall was full to capacity for this year’s Annual Prize Day, the culmination of a session marked by strong results and a renewed sense of community.
Academic honours
The Principal opened the ceremony by noting that this had been a record-breaking year for university placements, with offers from institutions across the country and abroad. Subject prizes were awarded across the sciences, humanities, and arts.
Sport and service
Beyond the classroom, awards recognised captains of the cricket and athletics teams, as well as students who gave significant time to community service through the school’s pastoral programme.
“What stays with me is not the trophies, but the quiet effort behind them.” — From the Principal’s address
The afternoon closed with a performance from the school choir and tea on the lawn.
